Can I just say that I highly suggest this to ANYONE?? Take the leap... let go... have fun!
I talk all I want about this and appear really brave but honestly, I was a pretty big WUSS when I was at the top (even though I have done it before but something about the swinging basket from a high crane really made me feel uneasy).
Took me a few minutes to step to that edge... AND a bit of a push (after being told they would count down from 5... I was pushed at 4...this resulted in a scream I didn't know I could possibly produce). Still... Do it, it's such a rush!!

PS. Thank you to my wonderful girlfriends who gave me this experience for my birthday! It is something I will never forget and was a great way to start off my 26th year of life...
